Recipe for Teens With Diabetes- Cranberry Spritzer

Note: This recipe is especially for teens with diabetes, but it can be a nutritious part of almost anyone's diet. Teens with diabetes may need to pay extra attention to the amount of carbohydrates they eat to maintain control of their blood sugar levels.

This is a nice refreshing drink to have on a hot summer day. You can be creative and try different flavors of juice for this recipe.

Prep time: 1 minute

Ingredients:
3 oz. cranberry juice cocktail7 oz. diet lemon lime sodaice cubes.

Directions:
Fill glass with ice cubes.
Add juice and diet soda.
Mix well.

Serves: 1
