Foodies Recipe- Banan Nut Cakes ( Bakery )


Ingredients:

1 Egg
½ cup Oil
¼ cup Milk
1¼ cup Flour
1½ cup Sugar
½ cup Walnut
3 Mashed Bananas
1 tsp Baking powder


Method:
Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour into lightly greased and floured oblong or small loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour.


Tip: Cover rising dough with waxed paper coated with a vegetable spray to prevent sticking. Allow kneaded dough to rest, covered with a cloth or bowl, for ten to fifteen minutes before shaping or rolling.
