Food recipes- Bhindi Masala


Ingredients

Green chillies small ones whole 4
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes 4 finely chopped
Kalonji 1/2 tsp
Onions 1 fried light golden
Bhindi 1/2 kg
Oil 1/2 cup
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Garlic 1 tsp


Directions

Fry bhindi in oil till slightly brown. Than in the same oil fry garlic, salt, Chilly powder and haldi bhuno by adding in little water and add chopped tomatoes cook on slow fire lastly add in fried bhindi, green chillies and brown fried onions than leave it on dam for 10 minutes
